Caitlin McKeone - Co-Lead for Neonatal Guidelines
I am an ST6 Paediatric Trainee currently undertaking subspecialty training in Neonatology. Originally from London, I studied at Queen’s University Belfast and quickly developed a strong connection with Northern Ireland, choosing to continue my training here.
I am the co-lead for neonatal guideline development across Northern Ireland and have a real interest in using regional guideline standardisation to support high-quality, consistent neonatal care and learning across all units. I am particularly passionate about collaborative working between centres and about supporting trainees through shared, region-wide approaches to neonatal practice. I am always keen to get involved in projects focused on guideline development, regionalisation of care, and service improvement, and I’m very happy to collaborate with others working in this space

Mike Roberts - Junior Representative
I am one of Paediatric ST1s. Originally from London, I came to NI to study Medicine as grad at QUB, where I met my wife. When not at work, I can be found capitulating to my coffee addiction, consuming all things rugby and procrastinating about attending the gym.
With thanks to our amazing previous committee members
